Refund Policy

Your right of withdrawal (EU / UK)

If you purchased from the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction granting statutory withdrawal rights, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund — regardless of usage.

By starting the AI-coached trial or practice session before the 14-day window ends, you expressly request that we begin performing the service immediately and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed (see Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m) for digital content).

Trial period

All new Pro subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You may cancel any time during the trial from the subscription page and will not be charged.

Monthly Plans

Outside the statutory window, monthly payments are non-refundable on a prorated basis. You may cancel at any time and retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Annual Plans

If cancelled within 14 days of first purchase, we refund the full annual fee regardless of usage. Requests after 14 days are considered case-by-case — email us and we’ll be fair.

How to request

Email billing@aitypingcode.com from the address on your account with your order ID. Approved refunds process to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

We prefer refunds over chargebacks — please email us first. Fraudulent chargebacks result in account termination.

Jurisdiction-specific rights

• California residents: you may cancel a continuous-service agreement without penalty per Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §17602.
• Residents of the EU / EEA: EU ODR platform.
